Garden work:

Not really our thing but we do have working relationships with a couple of good service providers in most neighborhoods.

It is not economical for either the homeowner or ourselves to come in and do just one job or fix just one thing. This is where we proposed you use a checklist and tick of a list of items you need fixing on the day. We are there already and you have paid for the time so why not put us to work and work down your list of items. I carry a standard list of repair items and can repair many smaller issues on the spot, saving you time and effort driving to the hardware supplies store.

If it has been on your "I-will-get-to-it-eventually-list" for more than a month, we can easily turn it into an "it-is-done" list in one day.
